Our skilled personnel can carry out on-site inspections, in order to check on use/suitability of GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic) pipes and tanks; a Safe Use Certificate can be issued on request.

Our main activities for GRP Users are the following:

Our skilled personnel can carry out on-site inspections, in order to check on use/suitability of GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic) pipes and tanks; a Safe Use Certificate can be issued on request. These inspections will include:

  • internal and external visual test/check,
  • internal liner Barcol hardness test,
  • wall thickness check (magnetic gauge)
  • cylinder circumferential deformation – hydrostatic load – with electronic strain gauges

We carry out technical surveys for the investigation/study of the possible reasons for failure, we may subsequently issue a Technical Report, or we can help you writing Party’s or Technical Reports.

After a thorough feasibility study, our skilled technicians can carry out (also on-site) the scheduled periodical maintenance, as well as repairs, assemblage, or modifications of accessories on existing GRP products.
We can apply an external glass or carbon fiber coating on degraded reinforced concrete building structures, also carried out on-site by our skilled personnel, designed to increase flexural and compression load bearing of the existing structures: the technical characteristics and safety of the structures are greatly improved.
We manufacture GRP pipes, covers, panels, tanks and accessories, as well as custom-made special parts, prototypes or small series of products, carefully studying the most suitable structure each time : fiberglass reinforced plastic materials, made by the Filament Winding and Hand Lay Up technologies, or carbon reinforced plastic materials made by the Vacuum Bag technology.
